We love great entrepreneurs – the doers, believers, and change-makers. Who you are and what you are building matters most to us, but our sweet spot is working with companies increasing civic power and economic mobility among historically underinvested groups, and providing creative solutions to intractable problems.
We believe that those most impacted by inequity are best equipped to drive transformational change. That's why we prioritize entrepreneurs with first-hand experience with the problem they seek to solve. We particularly encourage Black, Latinx, immigrant, women, working-class, and LGBTQ founders to reach out to us.
We show up when asked and then get out of your way. Propel does not generally lead rounds, but we go to bat for you, connect you to our networks, and roll up our sleeves to problem solve when it is helpful. When our hands-on support isn’t needed, we’re still your best cheerleader.
